This product has a compact racing-inspired look that seamlessly integrates with the bike’s lines and colour scheme. It is constructed from race-proven materials, including a carbon-fibre muffler outer sleeve and muffler clamp, a titanium end cap, and a stainless-steel link pipe. This creates a weight saving of 30.6% (0.9 kg) compared to the standard stock system and produces a deep sporty tone that highlights the 799 cc twin-cylinder engine.
The development process focused on throttle response and rideability. It delivers performance gains, particularly in the mid and top rpm ranges, with increases of 1.3kW (1.7 hp) in power and 2.5 Nm of torque at 4,900 rpm, as tested on Akrapovič’s in-house dyno and when compared to a CFMOTO 800NK equipped with a standard stock exhaust system. It is EC/ECE type approved and can be easily installed without the need for remapping.
